How do I enroll in a course?

Add the courses you want to your cart, go to your cart and send us a request with your name, email and phone. You’re not charged anything online — our team reviews your request and reaches out to confirm your enrollment and get you access.

Do I pay on the website?

No. There’s no online payment. You send a request, we contact you to confirm the details and arrange enrollment directly. It’s a personal process, not an automated checkout.

How soon will you contact me?

We usually reach out within one business day, by email or phone, using the details you gave us. If you don’t hear from us, check your spam folder or email hello@greenfundamentals.co.

Do I need an account to request a course?

No. You send your request from the cart without creating an account. Once you’re enrolled, we set up your account where your courses and support live.

Can I request more than one course?

Yes. Add as many as you like to your cart and send them in one request — we’ll sort out the details with you when we get in touch.

How do I access my course?

Once your enrollment is confirmed, we email you an access link to the learning platform, and it’s also in your account. Watch on a computer, tablet or phone, whenever it suits you.

How long do I have access?

For life — for as long as we offer the course — with updates included. If we ever retire a course, we’ll email you at least 60 days before. You can watch every lesson as many times as you like.

What level are the courses for?

Each course lists its level on its page. Support & Resistance starts from the basics; Order Flow Mastery is advanced and assumes you already read structure well. If you’re unsure where to start, ask us when we reach out.

Do I need paid software or a funded account?

Most courses are taught on free charting tools; a few order-flow and volume topics work best with a futures platform that has real volume data. Each course page says what you need. You don’t need a large account to learn — the Risk course is built around sizing any account safely.

Can I share my access?

No, access is personal. For trading groups or teams, ask us about a group license when we get in touch.

How does support work?

Every course includes written support from our team. From Support in your account, ask about a concept from a course or a setup you’re working through. We reply in writing, in your account, within 2 business days. There’s no phone line or live chat.

What doesn’t support cover?

Support answers questions about the course material; it isn’t personal mentoring. Full trade reviews, account audits and live coaching aren’t included — ask us about one-to-one mentoring for that. Please keep to one topic per message.

Is this financial advice?

No. Our courses are educational. We teach method and risk management; we don’t give personal investment advice or signals, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email hello@greenfundamentals.co within 14 days of enrolling. As long as you’ve watched less than 20% of the lessons, we’ll refund you in full. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

How do I ask for a refund?

Email hello@greenfundamentals.co from the address you enrolled with, with your order number and the course. We reply within 2 business days.

When will I get my money back?

Once we approve a refund, we issue it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
