Is this a subscription?

No. Individual and Pro are one payment with lifetime access, updates included. Team seats are one payment per seat too. Only Enterprise is an annual license, because it includes live workshops and custom material through the year.

Question 2

How do I pay?

Nothing is charged on the website. Add a plan to your request and send it: we reach out within one business day to confirm and arrange payment. Teams receive an invoice and can pay by ACH or wire; we send a W-9 on request.

Question 3

I already own a course. Can I upgrade to Pro?

Accepted Answer

Yes. What you paid for single courses counts toward Pro. Add Pro to your request and list the courses you own in the note; we take them off the price when we confirm.

Question 4

What’s the difference between Pro and a Team seat?

Accepted Answer

The courses are the same. A Team seat adds what a desk needs: a live onboarding for the whole team, a private quarterly Q&A, a monthly progress report per trader and invoicing. It costs less per seat because you buy at least 3.

Question 5

Can we move a seat when a trader leaves?

Yes. Tell us who takes the seat and we move the access. The new trader starts the courses from the beginning; the old account keeps no access.

Question 6

What’s the refund policy for plans?

Accepted Answer

The same as for single courses: a full refund within 14 days if you’ve watched less than 20% of the lessons. For Team and Enterprise, the terms are in your proposal.

Question 7

Do you give trading signals or manage money?

Accepted Answer

No. We teach a method: reading structure, volume, order flow and risk. We don’t give signals, manage accounts or promise returns. Trading involves a real risk of loss.
